Serving the people

Photo of official opening, Cllr Pam Doodes wearing Chain of Office.

The toilets were re-opened by Cllr Pam Doodes, Chair of Wealden District Council, in October 2019.

The parish community supported the reinstatement of this much missed community facility that had formerly been closed by the District Council some years before. This parish funded and managed service is used by locals, tourists and passers through alike.

Our thanks to local nursery, Flowers Green Plants, who sponsor the flower planters outside the toilets and help to keep this part of the Parish Service Centre looking colourful, all year round!

The WCs are easily accessed, being located in the grounds of the Herstmonceux Village car park. Opening Hours are currently restricted to help us continue to combat the spread of COVID19
