All papers for applications continue to be accessed via the Wealden District Council Website, quoting the application number.

Discussion of Planning Applications

Planning Applications are normally discussed by the Planning Committee which meets once each month. Applications not falling within the time frame for discussion at Planning Committee will be discussed at Full Council. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting and details of planning applications for discussion will be shown on the agenda.

Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the parish, the local Planning Authority is Wealden District Council.

Wealden District Council produce a weekly list of applications for the district.

Planning application papers can be accessed for viewing via the individual application number, via the Wealden District Website Planning, Building Control, Enforcement & TPO Search

Herstmonceux Parish Council only consider applications in their parish. The parish boundary is shown on the map below. Formally agreed comments and observations are submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
