Vacant Plots Available
Herstmonceux Parish Council have a long term lease on a site at Stunts Green to provide allotment plots for the Parish.
The site constitutes 54 plots, is over seen by an Allotments Association of which all members are residents of the Parish. A waiting list operates should all plots be rented at any-one time. The tenancy list is fluid with plots being vacated for many reasons and at any time in the year. Please do contact the Clerk if you wish to find out more.
Currently, the annual rent is £35 per full sized plot, which may be reviewed by the Council in accordance with the Allotments Act 1907-1950.
